What the base does
- Aqua: water, the bulk of any lotion.
- Polysorbate 20, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol: emulsifiers that hold oil and water together and give the cream its body.
- Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate: preservatives that keep the cream fresh and stable across its shelf life.
- Triethanolamine, Citric Acid: balance the pH so the cream sits comfortably on skin.
- Carbomer: a thickener that gives the lotion its texture.
- Disodium EDTA: a stabiliser that protects the formula from trace metals in water.

Naturally occurring allergens
