2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of Muscle Mint, their immediate families, agents and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering the competition, entrants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must, during the competition period:
Like the competition post on Facebook and/or Instagram
Leave a comment on the competition post tagging a minimum of two friends by their social media username
3.2 Multiple comments each tagging different individuals constitute additional entries. Tags of the same individuals in multiple comments will be treated as one entry.
3.4 Entries must be made in English. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
4. Competition Period
4.1 The competition opens on 10/05/2026 and closes at 6:00PM GMT on 17/05/2026 Entries received after this time will not be accepted.entry.

5. Prize
5.1 One (1) winner will receive one (1) Muscle Mint 50ml bottle, delivered to a UK address.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative alternative will be offered.
5.3 Muscle Mint reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent value should the specified prize become unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
6.2 The winner will be notified by direct message via the social media platform through which they entered within 48 hours of the competition closing.
6.3 The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
6.4 The winner's first name and initial of surname (e.g. Zolene M.) will be announced on the Muscle Mint Facebook and Instagram pages following confirmation.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Personal data collected in connection with this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and delivering the prize.
7.2 Muscle Mint will not use entrant data for marketing purposes without separate and explicit consent, and will not share personal data with third parties. Data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
8. General Conditions
8.1 Muscle Mint reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this competition, or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Muscle Mint's decision in all matters relating to the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
8.3 By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
8.4 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram). By entering, entrants agree to a complete release of Meta Platforms, Inc. from any claims.
8.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
